The files you choose to upload can be quite large, depending on the format, but remember that the larger the Broadcasts get, the better bandwidth and memory your viewers will need. However, I have seen videoclips of 150-200 + MB being played well.
On file formats, we prefer MP4 and FLV, but most major video formats are supported.
